The individual is responsible for performing certain personal and business duties while providing executive/project management support as it relates to administrative duties. This position reports directly to Sr Executive Assistant to CEO.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for pet management, i.e., walks, vet/grooming appointments as needed
- Assists/coordinates personal and philanthropic activities when necessary
- Schedules appointments and coordinates meetings. Communicates these priorities to the Executive Assistant to ensure proper calendarization.
- Responds to a wide range of inquiries that are sensitive in nature.
- Coordinates all events including the holidays, philanthropic and political.
- Assists in travel arrangements that include: flight and hotel reservations, ground transportation, meeting schedules, and itinerary preparation for personal travel – including picking up/dropping at airport.
- Scheduling/coordinating home maintenance.
- Schedules routine appointments.
- Maintains appropriate files of correspondence, documents, reports, and records.
- Completes projects and special assignments as requested.
- Some travel as required.
- Provides accessibility beyond normal business hours for all appropriate and urgent matters.

Minimum Qualifications
High school and/or Associate degree required. Must have at least seven (7) years directly supporting an executive level staff member; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
