JOB DUTIES:

  • Provides day-to-day general Human Resource support to employees and management staff, elevating questions, and concerns.
  • Manage full employee life cycle including hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Reviews and tracks attendance and issue disciplinary action as needed.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Develop and administrate company policy, procedure, rules. and regulations.
  • Advisor to supervisors and managers for interpretation of Human Resources policies.
  • Creates and maintains employee personnel, medical, and benefit files; maintains branch I-9 files in accordance with company policies and legal.
  • Oversee and maintain the administration of benefit plans and insurance.
  • Coordinates with Payroll to ensure changes are completed properly and responds to questions as needed.
  • Conduct open enrollment including, but not limited to, distributing materials from insurance carriers, communicating changes to employees, and arranging onsite representation by providers.
  • Administer and track FMLA/LOA in accordance with Federal and State laws.
  • Responsible for Worker Comp administration (i.e., inputting claims, follow up and communication with employees).
  • Complete necessary state and federal reporting requirements, (BLS, EEOC, OSHA, ACA).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Three or more years of related HR Generalist experience.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and computer data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Beaver Dam, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human resources: 3 years (Required)
  • Workers' compensation: 3 years (Preferred)
  • FMLA: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Recruiting: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
