JOB DUTIES:
- Provides day-to-day general Human Resource support to employees and management staff, elevating questions, and concerns.
- Manage full employee life cycle including hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Reviews and tracks attendance and issue disciplinary action as needed.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Develop and administrate company policy, procedure, rules. and regulations.
- Advisor to supervisors and managers for interpretation of Human Resources policies.
- Creates and maintains employee personnel, medical, and benefit files; maintains branch I-9 files in accordance with company policies and legal.
- Oversee and maintain the administration of benefit plans and insurance.
- Coordinates with Payroll to ensure changes are completed properly and responds to questions as needed.
- Conduct open enrollment including, but not limited to, distributing materials from insurance carriers, communicating changes to employees, and arranging onsite representation by providers.
- Administer and track FMLA/LOA in accordance with Federal and State laws.
- Responsible for Worker Comp administration (i.e., inputting claims, follow up and communication with employees).
- Complete necessary state and federal reporting requirements, (BLS, EEOC, OSHA, ACA).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Three or more years of related HR Generalist experience.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and computer data entry

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
