Responsibilities:
- Provide support in various areas of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Reports directly to site HR Manager.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems such as UKG Pro.
- Assist with employee performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist with compliance efforts related to OSHA regulations and other applicable employment laws.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience working in a human resources role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as UKG Pro, Salesforce, Dayforce, Oracle, Workday, iCIMS, Ceridian, and SAP.
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
