Job Description
The HVAC Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the maintenance and service repairs of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the property as well as training the existing maintenance team on how to service those systems.
The technician also installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a routine preventative maintenance plan
- Provide immediate repair / replacement necessities
- Ensure all installations are done in accordance to the set standards
- Develop and implement a half-day training course for maintenance techs to learn about the propertys existing HVAC systems and basic maintenance necessities
- Develop and implement a method to convert units to 410A
- Respond to emergency situations in order to resolve issues immediately

Hourly Wage : $25.00; plus renewal commissions
