The Position
- The Interim Director of NICU will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and drive the level of effectiveness within the department, including the oversight of approximately 168 FTEs.
- The Director will maintain strong working relationships with physicians and will nurture a positive working environment for all nursing/staff members throughout the department.
- Seeking a strong leader to hold staff members accountable, ensuring that implemented goals are achieved.
- Ideal candidates will demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, great communication skills, and will encourage strong collaboration between leadership, physicians, and nursing staff members.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN), and active RN license are required; Master’s degree is preferred.
