IT Systems Technician
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated individual to be our in-house IT support that works hand-in-hand with a 3rd party IT services company. This individual will be responsible for the updates, maintenance, setup, etc. of all internal PCs, printers, etc. Minimal networking experience is a plus. Must be well organized and have an innate desire to help others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose hardware and operating system problems and repair.
- Move equipment to new locations as requested; re-route and install cables for new location; test system to assure proper operation.
- Assist users with access to wired/wireless network, VOIP telephony, and access to other network services.
- Clean and maintain computer equipment and peripherals.
- Assists with other technology problems and equipment operations when possible.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Ability to write reports and correspondence consistent with the duties of this position.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions, inquiries, and/or complaints.
- Display courtesy, tact, and respect when dealing with others.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships; demonstrate a commitment to teamwork.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to learn and utilize office equipment, computers, and software especially as systems are upgraded.

- Excellent computer and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to react well under pressure, handle and balance multiple demands at one time, work with frequent interruptions, and perform duties and tasks at expected levels of professionalism.
- Ability to use independent judgment and demonstrates initiative to act without being asked.
- Demonstrate patience, tact, and understanding with non-technical users.
Prior experience with Five9 virtual contact center, Microsoft 365 and/or Salesforce is a big plus!
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR CERTIFICATION
- Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Basic computer networking
- Basic network and endpoint security knowledge/experience
- Software and Microsoft Windows maintenance
- High School Diploma
WORK HOURS
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs
- Full-Time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
