HVAC Mechanical Estimator

Experience:
2 Years Working With Mechanical Plans Minimum

DUTIES:

**Remote Work Available after 90 days of in office training**

Entry level/Intermediate term Level Position

Assist lead estimators in reviewing mechanical drawings to determine scope of work (including equipment, locations, new and existing work).

Must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, proactive and detailed oriented. You will be working closely with the project managers/ lead estimators to prepare bids.

Must be able to use/keep an accurate data base and submit bids by deadline.

Follow up on submitted bids via email or phone.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Plan-Swift, & Microsoft One Note ***

Experience in the commercial HVAC industry a plus
Possess leadership qualities and exude a professional demeanor.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and detail oriented. Must be able to multi-task, schedule, and prioritize.
Minimum (2) years’ experience in the commercial air conditioning industry.
