Legal Office Assistant/Receptionist:
Looking to immediately fill Position.
We are seeking a Legal Receptionist to become a part of our team!
You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Ideal candidates will be Bilingual in English and Spanish, as most clients only speak Spanish.
Applicants need to specify if they are Bilingual (English-Spanish) in the application.
The position will involve working Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Notary a plus).
Responsibilities:
Assist with the drafting of simple documents.
Record and store client information.
Responsible for answering calls, setting consultations and client conferences.
Following up with potential clients and confirming appointments.
Greeting potential clients and existing clients.
Processing intake and consultation forms.
Following up with attorneys, paralegals, judicial assistants, and other legal personnel in order to assist in the handling and completion of the cases.
Ordering Interpreter for Court proceedings
Setting phone conferences.
Drafting written forms, to include but not to be limited to, emails and letters.
Maintain communication with other assistants in order to accomplish tasks, to include paperwork filing, copying, scanning, and other important office duties.
Applicants should be team members, dynamic, calm under pressure and willing to put the extra mile in order to get things accomplished.

Qualifications: Previous experience as a receptionist required. If the applicant has prior legal office experience, that would be a plus. The Position will require a minimum of a 1-year regular office experience. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Applicants should possess great writing skills and should know how to draft letters, documents, emails, without much assistance. Deadline and detail-oriented.
