What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Confidential?
Apartment Maintenance Supervisor needed. This position has two locations - Lakeview Court (212 units) in Noblesville, Indiana and a smaller community in Fortville - Jefferson Place Apartments (50 units).
Full job description is available during interviews or upon request. The job basics are as follows:
- Schedule contractors to perform make-ready duties - carpet cleaning, cleaning, and contract painting (some units are painted in house, some are painted by a contractor).
- Perform service requests. Lakeview Court was fully renovated (including appliances, plumbing fixtures and HVAC systems) in 2019 & 2020.
- Be on-call for emergencies in rotation with the Maintenance Tech. Sheehan Property Management pays 5 hours per week that you are on-call just to be on call for emergencies. You also receive a minimum of 2 hours when you physically respond to calls.
- Perform pool maintenance and chemical checks in the summer; snow removal in the winter.
- Use a phone, iPad and computer to document work completed, perform inspections, and assign work to your technician.
- Work with the Property Manager and Directors to see CapEx projects through to completion.
