What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Confidential?
We are looking for a maintenance technician that can assist in turning over apartments as well as regular maintenance duties for a medium sized apartment community. The job requires some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, etc. We offer a pay premium for HVAC knowledge and certifications. The successful applicant should live in or near Wythe County, have their own tools, drivers license and dependable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen.
