Checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, resolving issues for patients, confirming patient insurance coverage, updating patient insurance/demographic information in EMR, preparing encounter forms (for next days patient encounters), processing daily payments. Candidate must be pleasant and helpful to patients and coworkers. Being a team player is very important in this position.

Job Duties:
- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling appointments and assist resolving patient issues
- Correspondence via phone, email & faxing
- Updating patient insurance & demographic information in EMR
- Preparing patient encounter forms the day before patient appointments
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments and preparing daily payment report
Typical end time:
- 4:30 PM
Typical start time:
- 7:30 AM

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
