Biological Laboratory has an immediate opening for a mobile Phlebotomist in the Hemet area. We are looking for a part- time and full-time mobile phlebotomist. Job Responsibility:
- Prepare patients for blood draws and COVID-19 testing
- Ensure that patients have proper physician orders prior to blood draws
- Verify patient information using proper identifying documents
- Collect blood samples by performing venipunctures using needles
- Collect nasal and oral swab specimens from patients for COVID-19 testing
- Label all samples according to outlined procedures and policies
- Work with and under the direction of physicians and supervising personnel
- Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures and maintain sanitary working areas
Job Requirement:
- 2 years year of phlebotomist experience preferred
- Knowledge of specimen collection techniques, equipment and specimen handling preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Travel to additional sites (Mobile Phlebotomist)
Qualifications:
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Required）
- Driver’s License (Required)
- Work Authorization (Required)
