What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Confidential?
Manage and perform daily invoicing and reports for multiple companies and departments. Generate reports daily, weekly, monthly, and annually using Excel spreadsheets. Duties will include, but are not limited to timekeeping, scheduling, routing, handling phone and email communications, filing, creating meeting agendas and note taking, and various other office duties. This position will oversee job costing, budgeting, payroll, invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable and other duties as assigned. Must be experienced in Microsoft Applications and Quickbooks. Salary has the potential to be higher and would actually be based on one's experience and performance.
