We are currently seeking a full time Operations Assistant to join our team. The Operations Assistant provides administrative support and is a true partner to the Chief Operating Officer. You are responsible for preparing correspondence, screen incoming calls, maintaining calendar, and organizing meetings. The Operations Assistant also supports all teammates and leaders in the office of the COO.
Below is a partial listing of job duties completed by the Operations Assistant:
- Maintain professional calendar
- Screen incoming calls and emails for COO
- Meet daily with COO at least once and often throughout the day as needed to update/change upcoming meetings and provide support
- Prepare correspondence by sitting with COO to allow him to dictate and revise in person
- Coordinate, organize, take minutes, and actively participate in the following meetings:
- Collaborate with COO to prepare presentations for meetings and training
- Review monthly credit card charges for accounting staff including gathering receipts
- Partner with COO to help make decisions on specific operational issues
Desired Skills:
Attention to detail, organized, excellent written and verbal communication, project management
Requirements:
2 years of experience preferred; Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, PowerPoint, excel, etc.); Type 65 words per minute; Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
