Job Posting for Orthodontic Lab Technician at Confidential

We are a high quality, established orthodontic office looking for an orthodontic lab tech that is committed to excellence. A qualified candidate is willing to learn new skills and quickly gain the confidence needed to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork is also a central part of being on our orthodontic roster. Candidates must have great communication skills and demonstrate respect and positivity in our team environment. All Lab Technicians complete a six week in-office training period, regardless of experience in the field. Must have general computer knowledge and typing skills. Good communication and listening skills, finger dexterity, good hand to eye coordination, attention to detail and the ability to work independently are needed. Laboratory Technicians are full time employees, working four days per week.

Job Expectations

  • Learn all orthodontic laboratory procedures performed in the clinic
  • Fabricate 3D orthodontic aligners
  • Fabricate orthodontic retainers
  • Sterilization necessities in the orthodontic lab environment
  • Knowledge of the daily schedule
  • Attend office meetings
  • Assist other team members when needed/asked

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
