- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery or pickup
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and totals accurately
