Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with state standards and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of young children
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, parents, and staff
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise teaching staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to teachers
- Collaborate with parents to address their concerns and ensure open communication
- Develop and manage the preschool budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue
- Maintain compliance with all licensing requirements and regulations
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through ongoing professional development opportunities for teachers
