We are in search of a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring the secure and effective functioning of processing machinery to guarantee product excellence and conformity. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production activities, encompassing the formulation of production schedules. This role involves collaborating on policy development, procedural implementation, and achieving production objectives. Directing tasks, resolving issues, devising timetables, and meeting deadlines are key responsibilities to ensure the punctual conclusion of projects. The incumbent will guarantee that production operations align with safety and quality standards.

DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS
- Maintains a hygienic and safe workspace, adhering rigorously to Walker Tape's safety protocols and encouraging adherence in others.
- Attains outcomes from manufacturing staff by articulating job expectations.
- Nurtures the workforce through orientation, training, and fostering personal advancement.
- Oversees process stages to preserve smooth workflow.
- Fulfills the production scheme via staff scheduling and delegation; achieving task outcomes.
- Instates organizational benchmarks for service quality and enforces their observance.
- Safeguards equipment operation by arranging repairs, assessing novel technologies and equipment.
- Exhibits adeptness in MS Office, interpersonal interaction, and organizational prowess.

- Ensures meticulous equipment checks and monitoring, as mandated.
- Facilitates communication with clients, suppliers, vendors, senior and support staff as needed.
- Upholds familiarity with the Quality Management System (QMS), Operating Policies, Safety programs, and contributes to continuous enhancement efforts.
- Exemplifies leadership in professionalism and ethics.
- Executes additional duties as delegated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
