Most importantly, we will provide a step-by-step process for converting hundreds of leads that has been proven to generate 6 figures of commission for our team, in the last six months alone!
Our team initially started selling homes in Hoboken and we are now growing our team to several different areas! We are a super-fast paced and extraordinarily energetic real estate team. We have a family-like atmosphere and support each other to the fullest. Our main focus is ethics, the golden rule, and always doing what’s best for the client. We have access to thousands of resources and our agents are growing every day! We pride ourselves on providing essential training and information to help our agents grow and succeed.
Job Scope
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Appraise property values.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Actively use social media for promoting yourself and the team
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
- Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
- Attend team meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
- Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
- Rent or lease properties for clients
