We are hiring Recruiters to join our team!

Key Duties:
- Utilize various job boards and portals to source new candidates
- Prescreen candidates by phone
- Schedule in-person or video call interviews with potential candidates
- Create effective job descriptions and publish ads
- Coordinate with client companies to understand specific job positions and requirements
- Build and foster long-lasting client relationships
- Attend client meetings and site visits
- Attend job fairs and networking events
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a full cycle recruiting role
- customer service oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, and competitive nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and follow-up skills
- Proficient with Salesforce and Google sheets
- Must have a valid CA driver's license and own a vehicle
