What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN ADON position at Confidential?
We are looking for a reliable RN/ADON for a small, Long Term Care Facility. This position requires one to two years of Hospital experience. Knowledge of long term care is preferred or other supervisory level position. You must have the ability to work well with others, communicate effectively and work well in a team setting.
This position will work closely with the DON and NFA within the facility. Knowledge of the Geriatric population and familiarity with all general standards of care is required.
