We are looking for a driven Sales Manager. Someone that is outgoing, personable and aggressive and that is goal oriented to work with our expanding sales team to grow our local and national business accounts as well as maintain our service level commitments to our current customers. We can teach our products to the right person that wants to be highly successful and work in a fast paced, fun, and a great environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contacting incoming leads to access the customers needs and provide pricing and timelines.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas
- Manage an existing book of business
- Maintain relationships with clients
- Willingness to learn product and up sell new products
- Assist team in overall job flow from start to finish and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience. Experience in advertising/media is a plus, but we can teach the product to the right candidate
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience handling dozens of calls daily
- Experience working with Quickbooks, Quickbase or similar CRM, a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to measure square footage in order to create quotes
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Available to work Monday through Friday, as well as some weekends and evenings for events
Compensation: The right candidate can make 6 figures with our hourly plus commission structure with bonuses.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
