We have grown the company to gross just under $30,000,000 in just 5 short years and now, we need YOUR help to grow even larger!
What do we need? We need a solid, proven leader to take a team of sales representatives, to develop them into key closers, and make a lot of money while helping people. Coaching and cheerleading in this role are KEY to your success!
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and develop a sales team
- Implementing the processes and procedures to help develop a "one-call close" structure with your team
- Ride with and train new sales representatives in the market
- Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
- Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Experience:
- Sales Strategy & Development Managers: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
