What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator - Low voltage/CCTV position at Confidential?

We are currently looking to fill a service coordinator role that will work directly with the Director of Service and Installation. The role with manage service tasks and work with the project coordinator and I.T team to resolve issues.
Some of the tasks include but are not limited to:
- Reaching out to existing sub contractors and building new relationships with sub contractors in strategic regions.
- Respond to phone calls and emails from customers, vendors and sales reps.
- Manage incoming service requests from customers or managers and own the full cycle of the transaction.
- In coordination with the project coordinator, ensure material is available and ready when technician or subcontractor is scheduled.
- Track time and materials via service ticket along with documentation of service call.
- Push for resolutions constantly.
The ideal candidate will have low voltage experience, understand the urgency and value in pushing for resolutions, will be an outside of the box thinker and will be driven to build the grown the role can achieve.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
