The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the service department, ensuring the delivery of top-notch customer service to both existing and potential customers. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving the company's mission towards a sustainable future through renewable energy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the service team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
- Handle service inquiries and issues from existing customers promptly and efficiently, resolving problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams to schedule and oversee service visits and maintenance appointments.
- Develop and implement service procedures, policies, and standards to optimize efficiency and quality of service.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and resolution of service-related matters.
- Conduct regular assessments of service processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support external customer inquiries and provide expertise on renewable energy solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in renewable energy to provide informed recommendations to customers.
