Staff Auditor

The Bolton Group is partnering with a leading publicly traded global company to look for a Staff Auditor. Our client provides strong upward career growth working alongside high performing team members and outstanding leadership vision from its executive team.

This is a hybrid position with 30% travel time (domestic and international).

Pay: $60-65K 10% bonus = $75K.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with established internal audit methodologies and standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance efficiency and control.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports, documenting audit findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to ensure audit findings are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure audit processes remain robust.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit programs and risk assessments.
• Support external auditors by providing documentation and explanations of internal audit processes and findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Internship to 2 years of experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or related fields.
• CPA designation: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior management.
• Ability to travel internationally and inside the US.
