STORE AUDITOR – Full time
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Auditing retail store procedures
- Reviewing daily store paperwork and scans
- Reviewing daily bank deposits
- Reviewing retail customer financing transactions
- Training office and administrative retail staff
- Customer Service
- Account Analysis
- Journal Entries
- A/R reconciliations
- Sales reporting
- Process and procedure analysis
- Other duties as assigned by manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Adept in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook Email)
- Strong computer and network skills
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to follow directions closely
- Good problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- As with all employees, a drug test and background check required
- Some travel required
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Considerable physical activity required; may require handling of objects up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED required
- Accounting experience preferred
