Our company is looking for a talented Quality Supervisor for a second shift position opening. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving product quality, developing and implementing quality systems, using tools like Lean Six Sigma and statistical process control, streamlining processes, and maintaining quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Achieve immediate corrective / preventative action response to pertinent customer and internal CAPA's, as required.
- Maintain effective work instructions and operating procedures for inspection, operations and quality technicians.
- Manage and supervise quality operations staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience in manufacturing and / or warehouse management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
