Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Woodworker to join our team. As a Woodworker, you will be responsible for crafting and assembling various wooden products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and proficiency in using hand tools and woodworking machinery. If you have experience in concrete forming, plumb, fabrication, or trim carpentry, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project requirements

- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials according to specifications

- Operate hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently

- Sand and finish wood surfaces to achieve desired smoothness and appearance

- Install wooden components such as siding, trim, and cabinetry

- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Woodworker or similar role

- Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, planes, and drills, loaner,Jointer,TableSaw

- Familiarity with woodworking machinery including CNC machines is a plus

- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques is preferred

- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when necessary
