Responsibilities
This position is located in office in San Antonio, TX
Responsibilities for Logistics Coordinator:
- Organize and manage shipping of courses, program welcome boxes, and diplomas in a timely manner and with consistent, high level accuracy as defined by Operations Director
- Manage communication of supplies shipped to faculty, site hosts, and site coordinator
- Shipping follow up and inventory management with site hosts to ensure all needed supplies are present in advance of the event running
- Organize and manage outbound and incoming inventory to ensure equipment is accounted for at all times
- Ordering of supplies, shipping items, and other materials; management of quantities to ensure that at no time are operations suspended or disrupted due to lack of supplies or materials
- Assist with SIS and Canvas functions as needed to enhance the work of the Academic Advisors and Site Coordinators
- Registrar functions-respond to and fulfill requests for transcripts, CE certificates, and reprints of diplomas in a timely manner as defined by Operations Director
- Report verifications from finance
- Secondary responsibility for phones, chat, and email
- Other duties as defined by Operations Director
