The Program Marketing Strategist is a key player in the success of EIM’s University Partner (UP) business. EIM partners with leading colleges and universities to power hybrid, accelerated doctorate programs in health care (Doctor of Physical Therapy, Doctor of Occupational Therapy, and Physician Assistant programs). In our partnership with the University, we offer a variety of services through all phases of development of the hybrid program. This includes accreditation, student enrollment, faculty recruitment, marketing, curriculum development, and clinical placement. A few of our University Partners include Hanover College, Hawaii Pacific University, Bowling Green State University and others.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities/Functions:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the EIM marketing team and program, identifying partner goals and needs and driving the execution of marketing strategies and tactics to support program efforts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing activities and communicate pertinent data to optimize efforts.
- Manage the client relationship between the program director, director of admissions, university marketing and communications team and other key stakeholders and EIM marketing team by attending weekly or bi-weekly student recruitment meetings and collaborating with the marketing team to execute all action items.
- Deliver strategy plan and collaborate with creative and digital teams to drive marketing efforts that support the overall recruitment goals for programs.
- Lead regular strategy sessions on behalf of the program to identify opportunities and solutions.
- Create marketing strategies and campaigns to support specific program goals for DEI, student engagement, and other areas, researching capabilities and best practices, communicating the marketing plan, and driving the execution of the plan.
- Create and maintain a social media strategy and content plan in alignment with program goals.
- Understand, manage and advise on partner program enrollment cycle budget in collaboration with the paid media liaison and marketing leadership.
- Compose unique, value-based messaging that generates excitement about EIM’s university partner programs and produces and converts leads into qualified applicants for the programs.
- Write press releases to announce new university partner program launches and other important milestones.
- Produce comprehensive email marketing campaigns for a variety of targeted audiences.
- Generate web copy for university partner landing pages and program pages.
- Collaborate with enrollment team to identify communication needs to help guide students through the application pipeline.
- Write digital ad copy to support the paid media marketing plan.
- Report, interpret and present data to show effectiveness of marketing efforts. Recommend and execute optimizations to campaigns to meet goals.
- Provide webinar and event promotion and other support as needed.
- Drive the strategy and execution of any photo and video needs for the program.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, English or related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Experience with CRM platforms and Marketing automation tools, Salesforce preferred
- Experience working in an agency environment is a plus, but not required.
