The Consumer Lending Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Loan Advisor team members and acts as a coach to all team members.
Two years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education/Certifications/Licenses(1) A two year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in house training or apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal SkillsA significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or can be of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary.
Other SkillsMust demonstrate experience working in a fast paced, sales environment. Employee must possess a high degree of self motivation and initiative. Employee must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a high degree of attention to detail.

Ability to be highly mobile and agile in order to move without restriction, including carrying loan file folders and reports.
