Job Title: Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Conifer Park in Glenville, NY. In this role, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as assigned by work orders.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
- Respond to work orders and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Set up and break down equipment for special events
- Check patient and staff electrical equipment to ensure safe use
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with valid driver's license
- Vocational/Technical education or Associate Degree in HVAC is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance or a related field
