Job description:
General Responsibilities:
As a Fleet Specialist your primary focus is to execute various day to day tasks. Represent the company in a professional manner through team image and service readiness. With training you will gain the knowledge and ability to educate others about the company’s products and services. Monitor and report on market intelligence which affects business and pricing within the market.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage new and existing accounts and represent the company to future potential customers.
- Frequent local travel from customer sites
- Developing and Maintaining knowledge of products and services so you are able to provide accurate information to customers
- Evaluating customer needs and making recommendations
- Perform manual tasks for long periods of time, which include light & heavy lifting, including commercial tires & wheels, standing, bending, sitting and squatting.
- Delivering tires to customers daily – loading/unloading
- Home Daily

Minimum Requirements:
- Previous Commercial Tire Experience a plus but not needed
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Reliable Transportation
- Good Attitude and Willingness to Learn
- Flexibility to Work Overtime/Different Shifts if Necessary
