Qualifications
NMLS is active – must obtain and maintain additional licensing
Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to multitask, and work in a competitive and fast paced environment

Strong track record of success in sales – Average 3 deals a month and 7 Million a year - Hitting those minimum numbers becomes a $120,000 yearly income!
4 Years of experience in banking or lending environment
Ability to function with a high level of autonomy and is self-sufficient - Meeting with realtors on their own and monthly meetings with other relevant business professionals

Responsibilities
Reviewing, authorizing and recommending loans for approval
Meeting and discussing with applicants to determine their creditworthiness, all while building relationships and providing exceptional experience for clients
Consult with prospective clients to analyze financial and credit data, determine financing objectives, and advise clients on products and services
Recommend and outline the terms of the loan and educate prospective clients on loan commitments
Utilize Encompass software to track loan applications, manage compliance, and optimize risks
Market our company’s services to clients based on their needs and requirements
Attending the right networking and social events
Knows how to drive, qualify, and close their deal AKA a true loan officer
Communicates to the team and gives their clients a heads up of our support team reaching out
