My client a reputable manufacturer is looking for a full-time Cash Applications and Deductions Specialist to join their team! This is a great opportunity for candidates with an Accounts Receivable background and the team is looking to interview / hire immediately!
Perks : Hybrid Schedule working Mondays and Fridays remote and Tuesday - Thursday in the office!
Hours : Monday - Friday 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm (Hours can be flexible)
Location : Green Bay, WI
Job Responsibilities :
- Process daily cash from US and CN Banks
- Accurately match authorized deductions to planned promotions, issue customer credit for valid claims, and submit repayment for unauthorized claims
- Collaborate with deductions and cash apps analyst reporting and KPI related tasks
- Keep reconciliation mindset for balance resolutions and drives for completeness
Must Have :
- 1 year of deductions and cash applications experience is required
- Experience with SAP is a huge plus
