I am looking to hire a full-time Loan Servicing Specialist for a reputable and growing non-profit in Milwaukee, WI! This role offers a hybrid schedule after 2-3 weeks of training and is looking to schedule interviews this week!
Pay: $20/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: M-F, 8:30am - 5pm (some flex)
Hybrid: Yes, 2 days a week remote after the 2-3 week training period (Computer equipment is provided)

Job Responsibilities:
- Educating customers on lending, resources and programs that are available
- Gaining all needed application and documentation information to apply for loans
- Input application information and upload documentation into system
- Prepare loan closing documents for loan officers
- Assist customers with on-going questions throughout the process
- Assist with payment and collections on loans when needed
Must Have:
- Strong customer service and administrative background
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Loan processing experience is a plus.
