  • Provides HR support to plant population of ~200 employees
  • Helps employees resolve a variety of operational issues related to FMLA, ADA, STD, employee relations, HR audits, PTO maintenance
  • Processes termination recommendations
  • Advises/coaches plant leadership/department with hiring needs
  • Maintains employee files
  • Assists HR with onboarding and training
  • Conducts interviews for open positions
