We're actively interviewing for a Parts Manager to join our outstanding team and successfully manage the daily operations of the parts department.
As the Parts Manager, you will:
- Partner closely with the leadership team to maximize parts office performance
- Manage parts inventory utilizing computer software and basic financial concepts
- Quote external customers, Service Manager, and Service Department as needed
- Intake incoming parts deliveries and mirror matching received parts
- Fulfill parts procurement requests from Service Technicians and the Service Manager in an accurate timely manner to drive successful execution of repairs
- Monitor billing, warranty, and internal and external repair orders for accuracy and completion
- Run a profitable and efficient parts department by utilizing proper purchasing procedures and inventory control
- Perform responsibilities in a manner that maximizes productivity levels of Service Technicians
- Maintain an organized and productive parts office structure
- Actively seek out opportunities to improve processes resulting in improved performance
- Enforce and ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Achieve targeted goals based on a defined set of metrics
- Provide strong service leadership
- Lead by example with a high degree of involvement in the day-to-day process
