The Product Owner will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. This individual will work with stakeholders and requestors to document requirements and define project scope and objectives. The Product Owner will work with immediate supervisors, Development, and/or Project Managers to assist in project direction, requirements gathering, and to ensure projects are well defined and coordinated.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, define, and analyze problems, understanding the cause and impact to design solutions
- Bring together cross-functional teams, defining and coordinating workload effectively to accomplish shared goals
- Create outcome driven solutions to the problems defined by the Product Manager
- Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies
- Conduct intentional, methodical research into product area(s), including partner interviews, competitive research, and internal stakeholder discussions
- Performs a variety of tasks
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
- Have a deep understanding of the Product Owner position and jump in and assist when necessary

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- 1-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- 1-4 years of experience working with the ConnectWise Manage PSA Platform
- Bachelor’s degree in related area desired
Working Conditions:
- Professional office environment
- Some travel may be required
