The Junior IT Trainer and Support person will work closely with the Manager of Desktop Support to provide coordinated training and support for the firm.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
1. Deliver training for new and existing employees;
2. Provide Help desk support at Levels 1 and 2.
3. Follow up on HD Tickets according to CF Protocol.
4. Generate Table of Contents and Table of Authorities for Briefs as requested.
5. Clean up corrupted documents as requested.
6. Reformat and clean up pleadings.
7. Show users how to clean up badly formatted and/or corrupted documents.
8. Schedule and/or moderate Zoom Meetings.
9. Assist with updates to firm applications.
10. Other Support duties as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
