- Ongoing Member Support. After your customer chooses their plan, the Connie Health Internal Medicare Advisor team will proactively help your members navigate their new plan. Our internal team will help your members with insurance related issues and assist them in finding the best providers and services for their needs. As a Field Agent, you can reduce the time spent on member support and trust Connie Health will maintain the utmost level member satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- An active Health and Life license.
- 1-3 years Medicare sales experience.
- Experience with Business Development and Local Area Marketing.
- Strong proficiency with Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG).
- An active Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable with flexible work schedules, especially during the AEP period.
- An entrepreneurial, go getter work ethic that works independently with minimal oversight.
