Overview
Our Sustainability Solutions Audit Analysts thoroughly investigate inconsistencies on utility bills in order to provide accurate data for sustainability solutions clients. Responsibilities
- Research and resolve anomalies in utility provider bills
- Audit historical data for new sustainability solutions clients to ensure consumption data captured accurately
- Communicate across multiple teams to enhance processing procedures
- Review identified errors and propose process changes to increase accuracy across departments
Qualifications
- Able to explain complex ideas, both verbally and written, using clear, professional language
- Prioritize time well and push yourself to consistently achieve higher goals
- Expert at solving problems independently using the resources and tools provided to you
- Feel comfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and Excel
- Committed to quickly learning and adapting to new computer software
- Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time
- Knowledge of data intake and audit processes
