Administrative Assistant
Job Functions (Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements):
The primary duties consist of (but not limited to) the following:

Accounts Payable
- Monitor and print invoices from email, distribute as necessary to other sites, and process invoices for company check run schedule.
- Identify incorrect charges, verify, and create appropriate adjustments within the system.
- Respond to vendor payment status inquiries.
- Scan & upload daily vendor invoices.
- Help with invoicing customers.
Administrative Tasks- Filing A/P: Vendor invoices, PODs, BOLs, packing slips, MTRs, credits, freight bills
- Assist Sales Staff with customer inquiries concerning documentation.
- Match shipping paperwork for customer’s invoices, sent by corporate.
- Assist with inventory reconciliations in excel for outside yards.
- Vendor Credits
- Maintain and replenish site office supplies.
- Scanning MTRs into the system
- Will be backup for the Accounting Specialist
