Duties:
- Transcribe documents, correspondence, and other materials accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks, such as inputting information into spreadsheets or databases.

- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent service to clients.
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner.
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Skills:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
