What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Construction?
An established landscape construction company based out in the San Fernando Valley is looking for project managers for immediate hire.
Responsibilities include:
- Review project's blue prints, requirements, and specifications.
- Generate RFIs.
- Preparation of submittals.
- Review project's changes and issue change orders.
- Understand project's logistics and schedules.
- Issuing purchase orders to vendors and subs.
- Able to explain job requirements to field personal.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in a lead role within the construction industry.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills, detail oriented.
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word/Excel, Blue Beam.
- Ability to approach and handle problems strategically.
