Rutland Northeast is seeking a professional development consultant to work our Administrator Leadership Team to develop and implement instructional leadership teams that focus on the following:
-Leading and facilitating professional leadership communities that improve teaching and learning. -Leading inquiry cycles that improve school experiences and learning for the students furthest from justice. -Facilitating meetings aligned to a school-specific plan. -Implementing structures and routines for collecting and analyzing targeted student learning and experience data. -Using qualitative and quantitative instructional data as a team to inform inquiry cycles. -Engaging in ongoing leadership reflection. -Build a vision for an effective, equity-focused instructional leadership team. -Address specific leaders’ problems of practice, explored through transferable consultancy protocols.
