What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry level Receptionist position at Consultants for Children?
Are you interested in supporting children with autism or developmental / intellectual disabilities to help them live their best lives? Then this is the position for you! The Receptionist is responsible for the day to day operations and the overall administrative success of our headquarters in Lakewood, CO. The Receptionist will work side by side with both the clinical staff and and the office staff. The Receptionist will maintain a good reputation in the Brush area with all contacts (this includes, but not limited to, clinical staff, clients, potential clients, colleagues, local agencies, networking relationships, etc.). The Receptionist will be responsible for conducting local marketing of services and building relationships for recruiting more clinical staff and more clients on an as needed basis. The Receptionist will also take on an administrative role to support the clinical staff so they can better serve the clients.
This position will be hybrid in the sense that you will be a receptionist and will be sometimes filling in as a Registered Behavior Technician working with our clients in center!
This is a full time IN PERSON position. Days/times Needed: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Maintains great communication
- Listens to understand and speaks to communicate. Asks questions to make sure full communication has occurred.
- Responds to emails within 2 business days.
- Calls back all voicemails within 1 business day.
- Supports team members to shorten time from initial inquiry to date services start.
- Supports team members to improve utilization rate on a monthly basis.
- Maintains an organized, clean, and efficiently run branch so clinical staff are supported and have what they need in a timely manner.
Job Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year professional work experience
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Clean background check and positive references
Compensation:● $18.50/hour
