Help Desk Support Technician
6 month Contract (Potential extension)

Pay range $20-25 per hour (Full time hours)
Job Description :
The Help Desk Support Technician will focus on providing all levels of support to customer base, both remotely and onsite
In this role you will be the initial point of contact with end users requesting IT Support
Must have experience in Desktop Laptop repair and troubleshooting, software installation, hardware implementation and active directory administration as well as experience providing remote assistance using various platforms and must be experienced with providing support for O365 Applications
Must be good at organizing, prioritizing, and planning
Must be able to update and maintain Help Desk records in accordance with established support procedures.
Required Skills :
- 3 years' experience working in help desk environment
- 3 year's experience in desktop laptop repair, troubleshooting, and software installation
- 3 year's experience in Hardware Implementation and Deployment
- 3 years experience in Active Directory Management
- Experienced with providing support for O365 Applications
- Experience providing remote assistance using various platforms
- Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Must have A Certification
Bonus Skills :
- MAC OS Experience
- Experience training help desk agents
- Experience with ticketing systems / software
