Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Computer Operator, who will be responsible for providing 24/7, 365 days of onsite support.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all hardware/software problems/Infrastructure issues are logged (tickets) and the appropriate staffs are notified
- Performing equipment/network/fiber/copper installs and decommissions
- Providing off hours (Service desk) support
